Yay! Our house is finally on the market after 2.5 years! We absolutely adore our beautiful double-storey house two streets back from the sea in Kingscote, Kangaroo Island...but it's not quite practical for a home business. When we first moved into the house it was a holiday home, so all the walls were a sunny yellow...in the afternoon it felt like you were literally inside the sun! So, we've gone through and re-painted the house with lovely Antique White, which has totally freshened up the place. Also, we ripped out all the overgrown garden and the pavers from the backyard, and now we have a beautiful hedge around the perimeter and lots of beautiful grass. Anyway, we've decorated the house with modern paintings, and neutral colours, with accents in the textiles (which are easily changeable).
